Hatha Yoga

The style of Yoga I teach is Hatha.  I call it the Lego of Yoga as it will give you all the building blocks you need for your own practice or to take into other styles.

Pilates

My Pilates classes are mat based and usually have a standing warmup that includes some balance work for core strength. You can begin my Pilates classes at any level and I will work with you to ensure you get the best from each exercise.

Yoga Workshops

My workshops are usually based on a particular aspect of yoga and include a Vinyasa or flowing sequence that can be practiced at a number of different levels.

Body Balance

My Body Balance classes are held in local sports centres.  They are a Yoga class that is choreographed to music and include a Tai Chi warm up and Pilates exercises to strengthen the core and back.
