I have been teaching Yoga and Pilates since 1999, adding Body Balance in 2004. I am level three qualified in all of these disciplines and also in Pre and Post Natal Exercise and Nutrition.
My classes are open to all levels of fitness, all ages and abilities. I design each multi-level class to ensure that everyone feels included and welcome. We all have to start somewhere and my aim is to be precise and informative so that you get the best from your precious ‘you time’.
